It’s only $6.95 NZ wide. We will send your gift anywhere in New Zealand with a flat shipping fee of $6.95 and there are no extra charges for delivery to a rural address. Couriers will only deliver to a physical business or home address, so sorry – no Post Box deliveries. Unfortunately we do not ship overseas at this time.
Your order is packed and personalised within 12 hours of receipt. Post Haste Couriers picks it up and delivers to the door within 1 – 2 business days depending on your location. Rural delivery can take up to an additional 2 days.
You will receive tracking information by email when the courier picks up your parcel so you are able to view the progress of the delivery.
If you would like us to hold off sending your gift until a certain date tell us in the comments section at check out with delivery instructions and even send us an email just to be sure firstname.lastname@example.org

You can also order a box of Joie without adding photos or a message.
Where boxes have the options for Bows & Ribbons and Wrap Bands these are free of charge – but you also have the option to have your package sent without a Bow or Wrap – just follow the easy instructions when ordering your gift.
If you would like to send multiple boxes or have a customised order send us an email to email@example.com and we will get in touch with you as soon as we can.
On the rare occasion we are out of stock of a particular product shown in a bundled gift we will replace the missing item with a like product of equal or higher value.
If you have ordered an individual product gift box we will email you if the item is out of stock and we will suggest an alternative.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible! If your order has already gone to print, it may be too late, but please let us know!

You can also save your credit card info so you don’t have to re-enter it every time you order. Just create an account first.
We will gladly replace any faulty items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will put it right immediately. Email us some photos of the faulty items when you contact us and we will send you a replacement as soon as we can.
If you wish to return items to us they must be returned at your cost and within 30 days. Goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. We will then refund your purchase excluding initial courier costs and a 10% restocking fee.
